Does it seem like you are surrounded by turkeys everywhere you go?  What’s the deal?  Where have they all come from?  Why was the turkey Ben Franklin’s choice for our national bird?  You’ll be gobbling yourself after learning all kinds of fun facts about turkeys. Jan Welsh of the Deptartment of Natural Resources is our guest presenter.

OWLS is a series of one-hour programs offered for seniors interested in learning more about the natural environment. The cost is for the $3 program only or $12 for lunch and program.

This program will be in the Farm Education Building; enter at the Farm entrance off Charlton St. Pre-registration is required. Please call 651.455.4531 to register.
