Find inspiration, engage in dialogue with colleagues and learn practical ideas to help incorporate nature-based education into your classroom and school environment.

The Learning Conference includes:

·        Tours of preschool and nature center grounds

·        Observation time in preschool classrooms

·        Exploration of materials and resources

·        Two breakout sessions:

Season’s Hike - Discover the wonders of the season. With the guidance of a Dodge Nature Center naturalist, find out what changes plants and animals are experiencing in our local environment. You’re sure to get inspiration and information you can take away with you.

Nature’s Curriculum - Dodge Nature Preschool teachers will share their experiences using nature to guide their curriculum and serve as a catalyst for rich learning experiences. Practical ideas will be shared for participants to apply the session’s content to their own context.

The cost is $85 per participant. This fee includes a light breakfast, lunch and materials. Please come prepared to spend time outdoors.

Please park at Dodge's Farm Education Entrance 3, located at 1701 Charlton St. in West St.Paul
