Application Procedure
To enroll your child at Dodge Nature Preschool, please complete an application form and submit it with a $75 non-refundable application fee. Enrolled families receive a complimentary family membership to Dodge Nature Center starting June, 2013.
Applications will be processed in the order in which they are received. Placements are made in consideration of optimal learning conditions, such as class balance of gender, age, and diversity. A new application for enrollment must be made each school year, including families that are presently on a wait list.
Once placed in a class, families must pay a non-refunable deposit to hold placement. The deposit will be applied to the May 2014 tuition. This deposit is non-refundable regardless of child's attendance.

Tuition Rate Schedule and Policies
Tuition Rates for 2012-13:
- Tuesday/Thursday program: $2,790 per year or $310 per month.
- Monday/Wednesday/Friday program: $3,690 per year or $410 per month.
- Monday through Friday program: $5,355 per year or $595 per month.
- Lunch Bunch Fee: $50 per month for each day of the week child attends.
- Morning Bunch Fee: $32 per month for each day of the week child attends
A non-refundable payment equal to the monthly tuition is due one week after placement notification has been given to hold placement. This payment will be applied to the May 2014 tuition. This deposit is non-refundable regardless of child’s attendance. There will be no reduction in monthly tuition for days missed or days that school is closed.
Hours
Dodge Nature Preschool offers morning or afternoon classes with the option of adding extended care hours. Our usual teacher to child ratio is 1:6.
Morning Classes: 8:45 – 11:30 am (M,W,F / Tu,Th / M-F)
Afternoon Classes: 12:45 – 3:30 pm (M,W,F / Tu,Th)
Morning Bunch: 8-8:45 am
Lunch Bunch: 11:30 am – 12:45 pm
Tuition Assistance
A scholarship fund is available to families who may need assistance with tuition. This may be ongoing support or temporary help due to a change in circumstances for a family. If you would like to apply for a scholarship, please complete the scholarship application form and return it with your Dodge Nature Preschool application for enrollment. A new request for scholarship will need to be made for each school year. Scholarship funds are limited.
