Cottage Conference Room
Located in our adminstrative office building on the nature center's main property, the Cottage Conference Room offers a charming, picturesque setting looking out onto restored prairie and woodlands filled with birds and other wildlife. Best suited for small business retreats or meetings, the Cottage Conference Room holds 15 to 20 people depending upon use and features a wall of windows providing natural light. Additional amenities include access to a kitchenette (coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator) and standard meeting equipment (white board, overhead projector, etc.).
Parking for the Cottage Conference room is available at 365 Marie Avenue West. The lot accommodates 24 vehicles with additional parking available on Marie Avenue.
Rates:
Monday-Friday Daytime hours (7 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
- Half-Day (4 hours) $88
- Full-Day (8 hours) $176
Monday-Friday evening (5 to 11 p.m.) and Weekends (8 a.m. to 11 p.m.)
- $44 per hour
$150 damage and security deposit is due for each rental. Facilities* include six-foot round tables and/or six-foot rectangular tables. Set-up and take down can be done for you at an additional charge of $50. An additional $30 fee is charged for the use of AV equipment.
*Facilities include the use of coffee makers, but coffee, cups and condiments are NOT included.
