Education Building
Located on the Nature Center's 40-acre Model Farm, the Education Building can accommodate a variety of business seminars, classes, banquets, receptions or other special functions. The two-story building features a great room, the Aerie, which overlooks a boardwalk and scenic pond, where at any time you might see ducks, egrets or deer. Other features include a roomy foyer, kitchen facilities and two classrooms. Each classroom has a maximum capacity of between 30 and 45 people, depending upon use.

The Aerie can accommodate up to 120 people with theater-style seating, up to 96 people with banquet-style seating, and has a reception capacity of 120. The Education Building kitchen is equipped with two residential-style refrigerators, a stove, oven and microwave. Should you decide to provide your own food service, the kitchen is equipped to meet a caterer's needs; however, the kitchen is not designed for cooking by rental parties.

Parking for the Education Building is available at 1701 Charlton Street. The lot accommodates 30 vehicles with additional parking available on the east side of Charlton Street along Kraft Road.

Cottage Conference Room
Located in our main office building on the Nature Center's Headquarters Property, the Cottage Conference Room offers a charming, picturesque setting looking out onto restored prairie and woodlands filled with birds and other wildlife. Best suited for small business retreats or meetings, the Cottage Conference Room holds between 15 to 20 people depending upon use. Features a wall of windows providing natural light. Additional amenities include access to a kitchenette (coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator) and standard meeting equipment (white board, overhead projector, etc.)

Parking for the Cottage Conference room is available at 365 Marie Avenue West. The lot accommodates 24 vehicles with additional parking available on Marie Avenue.
