Setup:
Rental fees for the education building include 5-foot round tables and/or 6-foot rectangular tables and chairs in the configuration of your choice.

Rental fees for the cottage conference room include conference style setup and chairs.

Catering:
No catering is provided by the nature center. Renters (or their caterers) must provide their own linens and tableware. Alcohol usage is strictly prohibited on Dodge Nature Center property when students are present for educational programs. Arrangement may be made in advance for specific evening events. If alcohol is to be sold or distributed, the caterer must have the appropriate liquor license/permit and liability insurance. If the group is unable to get the correct liquor license/permit and/or insurance coverage you will not be allowed to serve liquor at DNC. For large groups a Security Officer will need to be present at the renters expense and will need to be lined up by the person/organization that holds the liquor license/permit. DNC does not line up Security officers.

Smoking Policy:
Smoking is strictly prohibited on Dodge Nature Center property.
