Welcome
Located in the communities of West Saint Paul and Mendota Heights, Minnesota, Dodge Nature Center is centrally located in the Twin Cities Metro area. Follow the link above for specific directions or to download a map.
Dodge offers a variety of experiences for people of all ages – more than 50 different curriculum topics for visiting school groups, operation of a premier preschool, community education on evenings and weekends, day camp programs for school-aged children throughout the year, miles of hiking trails, and prairie and oak savanna restoration projects. Memberships are available and provide reduced fees to all Dodge programs, as well as discounted purchases at some local businesses and other benefits not available to the general public.
Hikers can enjoy prairie, marsh land, ponds, orchards, oak savanna, and woodlands. Over five miles of hiking trails includes bridges over small streams and a 550 foot boardwalk across a large pond. Follow the link above to learn more about our trails and grounds.
In addition to the wildlife at the nature center, there are many other points of interest on our properties. Follow the link above to learn more about what there is to see at the nature center, including our farm, preschool and raptors.
