Warbler Ramble

Beginner birders of all ages are invited to walk the woods of Shepard Farm with an experienced guide. Together, we’ll identify birds by sight and sound. Binoculars will be provided. If you’d like to log the species you find and help scientists study biodiversity, please download the iNaturalist app on your smartphone in advance; we’ll help you learn to use it during the hike. Kids may want to try Seek app by iNaturalist. At the end of the hike, let’s play some games to better understand bird behavior!
Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Please come dressed for the weather and trail conditions.
COVID-19 Safety
This program will be held outdoors, with CDC and MN Department of Health procedures in place. Based on current guidelines and community levels, face masks are optional for all participants and staff. Dodge continues to monitor COVID-19 levels to determine our masking policy.
