Wild Pride: Natural Dyes DIY
- Tuesday, Aug. 23rd, 2022
- 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Registration for this program has closed. Please check our Activities Calendar for other upcoming programs.
Queer adults and allies are invited to Dodge to explore how plant materials can transform fabric. Together, we’ll experiment with fibers, wild finds, and foods you can find in the grocery store to make the hues you choose. On a hike, you’ll search for leaves, berries, and flowers that could color your creations. Let’s see if you know your dyestuff! You’re welcome to stay and socialize after the program.
Pre-registration is required; registration will close at 9am on Tuesday, 8/23.
This program will be held mostly outdoors, with CDC and MN Department of Health procedures in place. Based on current guidelines and community levels, face masks are optional for all participants and staff. Dodge continues to monitor COVID-19 levels to determine our masking policy.
