Reforesting Unicorn Island
On May 20–21 2021, Preschool families and staff completed a restoration project on a favorite Preschool spot, Unicorn Island. Unicorn Island is the peninsula land bridge next to the rope swing area, and is also the start of the secret pathway to Challenge Hill. This winter, it had to be cleared of invasive buckthorn trees. Thank you to our supporters who purchased native plants and trees to reforest this beloved area!
