Girls Explore Science: Candle Creations

With the new season comes new opportunities to explore mother nature and all her scientific wonders! Come hang out with naturalists Mary and Megan and create upcycled jar candles while making new friends and reconnecting with old. Embrace the cooler weather with some outdoor fun, then warm up inside with snacks and hot drinks. Let’s think ahead to next year and what topics you want to explore with Girls Explore Science—come with an open mind and ideas!
Girls, female-identifying and non-binary youth in grades 5-8 are welcome to participate.
Preregistration is required. Registration typically closes the day before the program at 12 p.m. Program fees are final and transfers are not permitted.
