Girls Explore Science: Wintry Mix
An event every week at 4:00pm on Wednesday, starting January 8, 2025 and repeating until January 29, 2025
New year, new science! Enjoy time outside this winter while exploring how wild animals use snow and ice to keep warm on the coldest days of the year. Try your hand at winter survival by building shelters and putting them to the test! Become an engineer to design good insulation, experiment with water, and so much more as you explore the wonders of life in the cold.
Girls Explore Science welcomes female-identifying and non-binary youth in grades 5–8.
