Experience the changing of seasons through cooking with wild, native edibles. As spring turns into summer, many plants produce delicious leaves and flowers that can be used for tasty dishes. Guided by a naturalist, you’ll forage a few of these emerging plants and prepare them to eat in a kitchen. Bring your adventurous side and a willingness to try new flavors!

Preregistration is required. Registration typically closes the day before the program at 12 p.m. Program fees are nonrefundable and transfers are not permitted.
