How do I send my child to camp?
STEP 1: LOTTERY
To provide equitable access to camp for all families, we use an online lottery process. The lottery form will open February 3 and close February 10.
How does the lottery process work?
- From February 3–10, submit a lottery form for each camper and indicate their top two or three* camp choices.
*If drawn in the lottery, your child will be placed in one camp only. - We will assign a lottery number for each* camper and randomly draw numbers to fill camps.
*If marked on the form that siblings must be in the same week of camp, siblings will be assigned the same lottery number. - You’ll receive an email the third week of February with camp placements and registration instructions or waitlist placement.
STEP 2: REGISTRATION
If you’re awarded a spot in camp, registration will happen through SmartRec by Amilia, our third-party registration system.
A user account for you and your household is needed to register for camp. Instructions to create your account will be sent along with your camp placement email.
